If your stay is longer than one week, a deposit of 10,000 yen is required for utilities at check in. Utility services include: electricity, hot and cold water. If your stay is longer than two weeks, the required deposit is 20,000 yen.

If your stay is for six days or shorter, there is no charge for utilities. The utility service charge will be deducted from your deposit during the last days prior to checking out.

You will be refunded the difference if your service charge is lesser than your deposit. If greater, then you will be charged the remaining amount before checking out.
